A concept that has already attracted 800 people

Since 1994, we have chosen to sell certain parcels of vines from the Domaine to individuals and to create a club of wine lovers unique in France "Le club des Vignerons de Coeur".

Today we are proud to see the generations of member partners who have followed us for more than 28 years.  

A private individual who dreams of becoming the owner of a plot of vines can still do so at the Domaine de Montmain since the club remains open to new enthusiasts. (80% of shares already sold...)

A concept that appeals to all audiences, some buy these 214m² for their children while others gather with friends to acquire the plot and share the endowment wines, 45 new members joined us in 2021!

A unique concept: when quality takes precedence over profitability

You can invest in the form of a GFV (vineyard land grouping) alone or in joint ownership. The GFV allows you access to ownership of a parcel of vines (purchase of vineyard land). SAS des Vignerons de Coeur is the operating company of your vines until bottling.  

​

Each year, a letter will be sent to you during the month of December in order to offer you the possibility of reserving your future harvest produced en primeur at cost price.

Your money will then be deposited in an associated current account which will allow you to pay for the wines reserved 2 years in advance to take possession of them.  

​

A general meeting takes place every year to discuss the group's future projects. This occasion allows us to get together and share good times around beautiful bottles.

Revenue from the operation

​

The associate member of the club receives  each year an income from rent of (50 to 70€) in proportion to the number of shares held. These revenues are distributed every year according to the evolution of the value of the AOC Hautes Côtes de Nuits wine. This value is adjusted each year and recorded in a prefectural decree.

​

The operating company (SAS des Vignerons de Coeur) alone bears the risks associated with the production and marketing of the estate's wines. Insured against the vagaries of the weather, the estate will ensure optimal production whether it rains, freezes, snow or hail.
